You will work closely with experienced team members, including a dedicated mentor, while gradually taking ownership of integration activities and customer‑facing responsibilities. Over time, you will become a trusted technical resource who can independently troubleshoot integration issues, support implementations and work directly with customers.

  • Assist with implementation and support projects across different customer environments
  • Work with SAP, infrastructure and customer teams to understand technical requirements and resolve issues
  • Participate in customer meetings and project discussions, initially in a supporting and learning capacity
  • Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects and prioritize work based on project needs
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate issues, solutions and recommendations effectively
  • Progress toward becoming a primary technical contact for customers and projects

  • Understanding of software development concepts, object-oriented programming and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand how different systems communicate and exchange data
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments at the same time
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work effectively across different time zones, particularly European or Eastern or Atlantic Canada business hours
