Girl Guides of Canada is seeking a Membership Growth Coordinator to implement the provincial growth plan, analyze demographics, and boost membership and volunteers. The role includes coordinating promotions, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with volunteers and internal teams to optimize outreach.

The position is remote with preference for candidates in Atlantic Time Zone; up to August 31, 2027. Occasional travel to support recruitment events may be required.

Competenze

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Recruitment, Volunteer Management, Sales/Business or Project Management.
• 2-3 years’ experience in growth, recruitment or sales portfolios.
• Strong organizational, project management and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Support provincial growth plan implementation and track targets and activities.
• Coordinate advertising and local promotional efforts to increase visibility.
• Collect and analyze data on growth projects and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with volunteers and Field support staff to manage waitlists and recruitment events.
