Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business management and litigation, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and contract law.
• Demonstrated experience in document collection and coordination with external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the company's response to all litigation, claims, and regulatory investigations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for outside counsel and ensure effective defense strategies.
• Prepare case summaries, risk assessments, and reports for executive leadership.
