Cortica is seeking Massachusetts-licensed therapists to join our remote counseling team. You will support children and caregivers, help families understand diagnoses, and advocate for effective home supports while strengthening emotional well-being.
Role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative, with flexible scheduling: part-time 10–29 hours and full-time 30–40 hours per week. Competitive hourly rates and full benefits offered.

Position Overview
As a therapist at Cortica, you’ll support children and their caregivers by helping families understand diagnoses, build effective home supports, advocate for their child, and navigate emotional challenges. You will also help children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being.
We are flexible to align schedules with your best availability.To ensure a consistent caseload, we ask for between 10-25 hours of availability during peak hours.
