Jobgether is seeking a Junior or Intermediate Art Director based in Canada. You will transform bold ideas into distinctive visual concepts, collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and designers to develop campaigns across digital, social, print, video, and outdoor formats.

The role is fully remote in Canada, with preference for candidates in Edmonton. You will present ideas, contribute to client-facing projects, and push boundaries using traditional design and emerging technologies,

Qualifications

• Portfolio website is mandatory for consideration.
• At least one year of experience in an advertising agency or comparable creative environment.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsabilités

• Develop original visual concepts in collaboration with copywriters and strategists.
• Translate concepts into polished designs across media (digital, social, print, video, outdoor).
• Prepare concepts for internal reviews and client presentations with clear rationale.
• Produce assets for multichannel campaigns and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage deadlines effectively.
