Responsibilities

  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and VPN issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the ticketing system.

Skills

Bilingual fluency in English and French
Proficiency with ticketing systems

Understanding of networking concepts
