Job summary

Modaxo is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead financial, ITGC, operational and compliance audits in a globally dispersed, remote-friendly environment. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Internal Audit and requires regular global travel.

You will document work plans, testing results, and conclusions, coach finance teams, stay current on IFRS and auditing standards, and support external audits across Modaxo’s business units.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent designation required.
• Post-secondary degree in accounting or finance.
• 4+ years of progressive audit experience including 2+ years of internal audit experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, especially IFRS 15, and understanding of controls and testing.
• Experience working in a global business with multiple currencies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial, ITGC, Operational, and Compliance audits as per plan.
• Document work plans, testing results, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Support external audits as needed and participate in Quarter End reviews.
• Provide SME input on complex accounting issues and controls.
• Coach and train global finance teams and stay updated on IFRS and industry trends.
