Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR support or HR shared services environment.
  • Experience managing benefits inquiries and processes for Canada and LATAM.
  • Foundational understanding of HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for inquiries routed from the AMER People Support team.
  • Resolve moderately complex HR issues independently.
  • Support the administration of benefits programs.

Skills

Experience in HR support or HR shared services
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills

Degree or equivalent work experience
