Qualifications

• Five+ years of HR, Recruitment, and Operations in Canadian tech consulting, digital agencies, or professional services.
• Proven success recruiting tech roles such as project/program manager, business analyst/product owner, UI/UX designer, developer, solution architect, and automation tester in financial services.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with the executive team to 'Get, Keep, and Grow top talent'.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end technical recruitment for contract and full-time roles within the delivery teams.
• Operate as Ops partner with the executive team to staff projects.
• Maintain HR generalist duties related to team sentiment and positive culture.
