- CHRP designation is an asset but not required.
- Payroll experience and/or project management experience are strong assets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive HR generalist support across the employee life cycle.
- Advise on HR best practices and Ontario legislation.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment processes.
- Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Conduct compensation projects for fair pay structures.
- Design and implement HR policies ensuring compliance.
- Support performance management systems.
- Manage HR projects ensuring timely deliverables.
- Provide payroll and compensation advisory services.
