Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role providing the full range of human resources services.
• CHRP designation is an asset but not required.
• Payroll experience and/or project management experience are strong assets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive HR generalist support across the employee life cycle.
• Advise on HR best practices and Ontario legislation.
• Coordinate and execute recruitment processes.
• Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Conduct compensation projects for fair pay structures.
• Design and implement HR policies ensuring compliance.
• Support performance management systems.
• Manage HR projects ensuring timely deliverables.
• Provide payroll and compensation advisory services.
