Job summary

Humankind Global Recruitment partners with a remote-first digital marketing agency to drive growth for ambitious brands across paid media, SEO, content, and multi-channel distribution; you will own strategy-led deal success and lead high-impact sales conversations.

We seek a Strategic Growth Lead (GEO & Content Marketing) with 7+ years in B2B marketing strategy or senior agency roles, strong SEO/content/paid media knowledge, and excellent executive communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing strategy or senior agency roles.
• Experience contributing to or owning strategy-led sales outcomes.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content, distribution and revenue impact.
• Experience building paid media funnels, budget allocation and tradeoffs.
• Experience forecasting and mapping marketing value with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for strategy-led engagements.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on qualified opportunities.
• Translate client goals into clear strategic approaches.
• Define scope, sequencing, and success criteria before proposals.
• Act as strategic authority in late-stage client conversations.
• Support proposals, pricing rationale, and deal positioning.
• Build Sales Strategy SOPs to drive close times.
• Reduce founder involvement in strategy-led sales over time.
