A leading logistics company is seeking a NextGen eQMS Implementation Specialist to support the rollout of a new electronic Quality Management System. The role involves working with a dynamic team, managing training, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field and experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare. This full-time position is remote, requiring flexibility and the ability to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems, especially with GxP.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Italian, Polish, French, or German is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between central project team and local team.
• Responsible for data gathering in preparation for go-live.
• Manage training with regional/local teams.
• Act as Qualified Trainer for local/regional training.

Skills

Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate-advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor's degree or International equivalent in Science related field
