Job summary

Mindrift is seeking an AI Tutor in US Law for remote, freelance collaboration on Generative AI projects. You will generate prompts, define scoring criteria, and correct model outputs based on your legal expertise. A law degree and at least 1 year of related experience are required.

This is a fully remote, part-time freelance role with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on independent work. Candidates should reside in eligible locations and have advanced English (C1+).

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Law (Bachelor, J.D., LLM, FLLM) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in International/Private/Public/Trade/Environmental/Constitutional/Corporate & Commercial Law.
• Advanced level of English (C1) or higher.

Responsibilities

About the Role

GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. If you join the platform as an AI Tutor in US Law, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects.

Although every project is unique, you might typically:

• Generate prompts that challenge AI.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers.
• Correct the model’s responses based on your domain‑specific knowledge.

• You hold an academic degree in Law (Bachelor, J.D., LLM, FLLM) or associate degree in paralegal studies.
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in one or more of the following practice areas: International Law, Public International Law, Private International Law, International Human Rights Law, International Trade Law, International Environmental Law, Comparative Law, Constitutional Law, Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
