Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive communications and strategy development experience.
• 5+ years of recycling materials experience including operation of recycling facilities.
• 5+ years of performance monitoring and operational improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise on waste diversion regulation in Ontario.
• Manage post-collection contract requirements and coordination with teams.
• Develop monthly facility performance reports highlighting key successes and challenges.
• Identify and participate in alternative processing methods using innovative technologies.
