• Series 7 license; Series 63 and 65 licenses, or Series 66 license.
• Life and Health Insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to conduct investment reviews and deepen relationships.
• Deliver investment guidance aligned with goals and risk tolerance.
• Manage client relationships within guidance center model and meet service standards.
• Achieve sales and growth goals through incentive programs.
• Collaborate with bank partners to support cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Associated Bank products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
