AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. You will work with warm leads who have already requested help on financial-protection options, and you will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

You will take requested conversations, explain benefit options simply, help clients enroll when it is a fit, and keep a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are on Zoom and there is a clear written process to follow.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles preferred.
• Comfortable on camera and in virtual settings.
• Proven ability to follow a written process and achieve activity targets.

Responsabilidades
