Qualifications

• You do not need previous insurance experience; comprehensive training is provided.
• Licensing and eligibility supported; must hold or obtain life-insurance license in your province/state; applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients make informed enrollment decisions.
• Serve union members, veterans, working families, and members of established partner organizations.
• Work with your regional manager to establish clear activity and performance goals.
