The position combines customer service, data entry, online workflow coordination, and general office support. Training is provided, and candidates will build experience while developing reliable day-to-day work habits.

Responsibilities

• Reading written instructions carefully and completing assigned tasks according to provided guidelines.
• Entering information into online forms, templates, spreadsheets, or tracking sheets.
• Reviewing names, dates, contact details, submitted answers, and other information for accuracy.
• Helping organize feedback from surveys, service evaluations, product reviews, and client related projects.
• Providing structured feedback to support client projects and research assignments.
• Participating in guided client evaluations and completing form based assessments.
