Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering management or people leadership.
• Minimum 8 years in material handling or logistics automation.
• Ability to work across remote, office, and customer-site environments.
• CAD and PLC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team and project success.
• Ensure targets for quality, on-time delivery, and cost are met.
• Anticipate issues and address proactively.
• Provide regular reporting of project performance to management.
• Maintain monthly project forecasting and budgets.
