Jobgether is seeking an Email Designer based in Canada to craft visually striking email experiences for direct-to-consumer brands. You will design campaigns, flows, pop-ups, and assets for WhatsApp and print, working in Figma and with AI tools.

This is a fully remote role collaborating with the founders to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of Figma experience, strong visual design, and an analytical mindset to tie design decisions to marketing outcomes.

Competenze

• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Figma.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and engaging digital experiences.
• Digital proficiency and organizational skills to manage creative work structurally.
• Analytical mindset linking design choices to marketing objectives.
• High ownership and accountability for quality and outcomes of work.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and take on more responsibility.
• Genuine interest in helping clients succeed and deliver results.
• Nice to have: experience in e-commerce and familiarity with Klaviyo.
