Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a psychotherapist or related professional to join our Employee Assistance Program in Saint-Georges, QC. The role focuses on providing short-term counselling to diverse clients, leveraging technology to minimize administrative tasks and enhance client care.

A master’s or doctoral degree in mental health, plus 5+ years of clinical experience and active licensure with relevant associations, is required. French fluency is required; bilingualism is an asset.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Five years of clinical experience is required.
• Registered with OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ or OPPQ.
• French proficiency required; bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term counselling to a varied client base using brief intervention approaches.
• Manage clinical notes and documentation using templates and technology tools.
• Participate in team meetings and peer groups to share best practices and receive supervision.
