Qualifications

- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a field sales team.
- Strong relationship management skills and direct account handling experience.
- Solid understanding of grocery retail operations and merchandising principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and regular travel required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Territory Managers executing sales programs.
- Deliver district-level sales and distribution targets.
- Support and grow sales with key accounts.
