Responsibilities

• Dispatches drivers to calls based on customer needs and driver locations.
• Works with service department to optimize routes for customer satisfaction.
• Manages driver staffing levels to balance responsiveness and productivity.
• Assigns routes and service tickets to drivers for current and next day.
• Handles incoming calls and emails from customer service and sales.
• Initiates communication with customers while issues are being resolved.
• Troubleshoots delivery and pick-up issues proactively.
• Ensures same-day service on missed pick-ups by managing routing.
