Job summary

Treefrog Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of digital engagements from kickoff to completion. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, and marketing to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.

You'll collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, manage risks, milestones, and resource planning, while maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout every phase of delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience in a digital agency or technology company.
• Experience writing scope documentation, SOWs, and project budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, manage, and execute digital projects from concept to completion, on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules with tasks, milestones, and resource assignments.
• Monitor progress, flag risks, escalate issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Define and maintain project documentation and scopes throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Digital Marketing, and Client Services.
