Qualifications

• Three (3) years of advanced professional research experience in health or social sciences.
• Statistical analysis software such as SAS and/or SQL.
• Data analysis, data qualification, data transformation and interpretation, and modelling, including multiple regression techniques.
• Project management, report writing and oral presentation of analysis and research results.
• Computer skills to construct tables and graphs displaying data/results and to visually report data.

Responsibilities

• Directs analytical efforts in support of agency program integrity related to Medicaid, including identifying data anomalies and informing reviews and corrective actions.
• Leads data-related efforts underpinning Managed Care organization compliance, including analysis, validation, and reporting of encounter data.
• Leads analysis of health care data to estimate need for services, evaluate payment methods, and measure health outcomes; designs studies and manages databases.
