About the job Remote Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk --Canada

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk to type information into our database from paper and/or electronic documents. We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced, office environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • · Enter variety of data using current technology.
  • · Respond to general inquiries in a timely manner concerning related activities.
  • · Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • · Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
  • · Review and enter data updates in the systems.
  • · Review discrepancies in data received.
  • · Advise supervisor of issues related to data.

Experience, Education & Skills Qualifications

  • · Work experience must demonstrate organization, time management, and customer service skills.
  • · Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and well organized.
  • · Must have a friendly cheerful presence over the phone.
  • · Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are required.
  • · Previous experience in the healthcare staffing industry is preferred but not required.
  • · Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm for serving our applicants, clients, and caregivers.
  • · Requires interaction with a diverse population.
  • · Longevity in employment history a must.
  • · Must be proactive, take initiative, and work effectively in teams as well as independently.
  • · Ability to multi-task on several projects and tasks.

Monday-Friday 7 am to 3 pm, plus required overtime as needed.
