Job summary

A leading equipment company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and maintain documentation. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least three years of relevant customer service experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This remote position is open to candidates located within Canada. Bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of customer service experience in parts and service operations.
  • Experience in the mining or construction industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding stock availability, pricing, lead times.
  • Process orders and warranty claims using SAP and CRM systems.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer technical inquiries.
  • Maintain documentation for orders, invoices, and credits.
