goeasy is hiring a Financial Service Representative to welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via email. You will assess needs, recommend appropriate lending products, and help customers build credit while pursuing cross-sales opportunities.

The role emphasizes compassionate customer service, sales drive, and accurate processing of applications. Background checks and legal eligibility to work in Canada are required, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

What we are looking for

• Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.

We are offering $20.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
