  • Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
  • Handles incoming customer service calls.
  • Dispatches incoming customer phone calls.
  • Responds to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
  • Creates and explains individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
  • Works and learns from management teams to stay up to date on new products.
