A financial services company is seeking a Crypto Settlement & Operations Analyst to ensure the accurate settlement and reconciliation of digital asset and fiat transactions. This is a remote position requiring expertise in financial services operations, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various teams to optimize settlement processes and handle discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related quantitative area.
• 3+ years experience in financial services operations, back-office, settlement, or reconciliation roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily settlement flows for digital assets and fiat.
• Perform daily reconciliation of internal ledgers, custodial wallets, and bank statements.
• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks, failed trades, and discrepancies.
• Liaise with banks, custodians, and exchanges to coordinate settlement.
• Support investigations of settlement exceptions and stale flows.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and internal controls.
• Partner with engineering teams to automate manual processes.
• Contribute to new asset onboarding and operational readiness assessments.
• Support audit, compliance, risk, and control reporting.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational projects.
