Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience working with couples and individuals.
• Skilled in EFT, CBT, IFS, DBT, Gottman, or Differentiation approaches is preferable.
• Committed to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions with members to assess relationship goals.
• Review member responses to questionnaires and journal prompts.
• Facilitate individual and couple sessions to deepen therapeutic integration.

Skills

Experience working with couples and individuals

Fluent in English

Ability to establish trust with clients

Experience with digital tools

Intuitive and capable of improvising

Education

Graduate degree in mental health

Certified and licensed psychologist, social worker, or counselor
