Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a compensation role, ideally 2 years in a consulting role.
• Hold or working towards CPHR / CRHA designation or equivalent.
• Bilingual in written and conversational English and French.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-complexity projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to fees.
• Serve as a primary client contact, conducting interviews and delivering training.
• Develop and review PowerPoint presentations and initial data conclusions.
