Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking coop/intern candidates to join the Corporate IT Enterprise Architecture team in Canada. You’ll work with Salesforce and ServiceNow architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to enhance enterprise platforms, focusing on CRM, ITSM, and integrations.

Daily tasks include documentation, configuration, and hands-on development across multiple platforms. Location options include Ottawa, Toronto in-office presence, with remote options in other Canadian locations.

Qualifications

• Completed 3+ years of study in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Hands-on programming or scripting experience through coursework, internships or projects.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, data mapping and system integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure platform enhancements under guidance of Salesforce/ServiceNow practitioners.
• Document requirements, data models, user stories, technical decisions and integration patterns.
• Develop platform components using low-code and pro-code tools following standards.
• Assist with Salesforce configuration/development (Flow, Apex, SOQL, LWC) and ServiceNow configuration (flows, forms, scripts).
• Support API and integration work using REST and data-mapping specifications.
