Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to oversee operational execution of clinical research within AI training projects. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on delivering studies on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Applicants should have extensive clinical trials experience, strong budgeting and timeline skills, and the ability to coordinate CROs, sites, and internal teams in a remote work setting. 10–40 hours/week flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinical trial project management with budgets, timelines and milestones.
• Ability to manage vendors, CROs, and external research partners across complex trial operations.
• Strong coordination skills to keep multiple workstreams moving smoothly.
• Detail-oriented and systematic with high quality standards.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and spend tracking across multiple vendors and research partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study execution.
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues, and align stakeholders throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research.
