Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to apply real-world clinical operations expertise to AI training projects. This fully remote hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and collaboration with CROs, sites, and internal teams to ensure high-quality trial operations and data integrity.

You will oversee timelines, budgets, risk management, and regulatory considerations while contributing to AI-driven insights used across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards.
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across vendors and research partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams for seamless study execution.
• Identify operational risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical research and trial operations.
