Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist with platform navigation within compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, maintain SLA disciplines, and perform proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes with the system without copying personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, or security incidents per rules.
