• 10+ years Staffing industry experience as a Recruiter or Business Development Manager / Account Manager.
• Specific experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Contracting sectors in British Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and hunt new business opportunities as a 3rd party recruiter.
• Develop new opportunities to grow your own portfolio.
• Leverage the client database to hit the ground running.
• Build trusting relationships with clients.
