Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a claims adjuster/law clerk/legal assistant/paralegal.
• Ability to evaluate and assist in the successful resolution of litigation.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal fees and billing assessment.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess new and potential claims to determine coverage.
• Participate in the resolution of simple to moderate claims.
• Deliver training on products and risk management presentations.
