Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Healthcare professional with experience in mental health and substance use disorders.
• Strong understanding of medical management and regulatory organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case intake assessments and gather information.
• Develop and document understanding of participant's situation.
• Coordinate suitable medical assessments and return to work plans.
