Job summary

A leading food service provider is seeking a Chef to manage kitchen operations in a remote camp setting. Responsibilities include menu planning, staff training, and ensuring food safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of culinary experience, a valid Red Seal Certificate, and strong leadership skills. This role offers a competitive daily wage and a rotational work schedule of three weeks on, three weeks off.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Chef in the hospitality industry.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff.
