This position requires prior experience in high-volume breakfast service and a valid Food Safe certificate. Qualifications

• Must have valid government-issued photo ID for travel to site.
• Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in accurately producing weekly inventories.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking breakfast for guests at site.
• Ensuring consistent quality of food as per clients' requirements.
• Complying with food safety regulations in accordance with the Food Safety Act.

Skills

Previous experience providing a hot breakfast service in high volumes

Current Food Safe certificate

Large-scale cooking experience in camp settings

Experience with producing baked goods

Previous supervisory experience
