Job summary

A leading operations management company in Canada is seeking an Administrative Assistant to facilitate smooth camp operations. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality operations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in remote environments. Flexibility for fly-in/fly-out travel is required.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in coordination / administration within hospitality / remote camps.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily/rotation schedules and check-in/out processes.
  • Maintain document control and assist with payroll/timekeeping.
  • Run and manage the camp commissary/canteen with excellent customer service.

Education
