You will design, test, and validate complex biology tasks, writing reproducible step-by-step solutions and flagging where AI reasoning fails, such as missing controls or misread data. This is a contractor role with remote work.

Qualifications

• English fluency at native or bilingual level.
• Active research background in biology or related life sciences.
• Strong Python coding skills and terminal proficiency.
• Familiarity with containerized environments like Docker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design complex biology tasks in your area of expertise.
• Define correct answers and model evaluation standards.
• Test and validate tasks; write reproducible step-by-step solutions.
• Flag where model biological reasoning breaks, such as missing controls or misread data.
