Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily technical support for mobile phones and tablets.
  • Maintain contracted SLA’s while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Field inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Independent problem solving.
