Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Client Relationship Manager I to serve as the primary contact for client business units within Corporate Real Estate, focusing on workplace strategy and interior environments. You will understand needs, align with multi-year plans, and manage expectations in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The role requires strong communication, ability to prioritize, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4 year Interior Design, Architecture or Project Management Degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of corporate environment experience.
• Knowledge of local Building Code, safety codes, accessibility and industry standards is an asset.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
• Strong communication and ability to manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Foster executive-level client relationships with workplace-related units.
• Meet with clients to determine needs, budget and timelines for spaces or projects.
• Collaborate with Workplace Solutions and Project Delivery teams to ensure project success.
• Provide weekly project status updates and conduct site audits as required.
• Travel to client sites every 1-2 weeks; occasional out-of-province travel.
