Qualifications

• Three years of experience in handling automobile accident benefits claims.
• Level 2 or 3 adjusters license from New Brunswick or in the process of obtaining one.
• Advanced command of both English and French in oral and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Perform investigation, damage assessment and settlement of automobile claims.
• Provide timely customer service.
• Participate in continuous improvement of claims handling processes.
• Investigate, assess damages and settle bodily injury claims when needed.
• Initiate recoveries in claims requiring it.
