Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in handling automobile accident benefits claims.
• Capable of using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced command of English and French, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform investigation, damage assessment, and settlement of automobile claims.
• Provide timely customer service.
• Participate in continuous improvement of claims handling processes.
• Investigate, assess damages, and settle claims for bodily injury when needed.
• Initiate recoveries in claims requiring it.
