The Assortment Manager oversees our existing core product assortment to drive growth through a strategic blend of market research analysis, data mining, and merchandising. Partnering closely with Marketing, Demand Planning, and Product Development, the Assortment Manager analyzes the product assortment performance to identify key SKUs to grow year over year and drive customer adoption.
This is a temporary, full-time position working Monday through Friday in either a hybrid capacity from our workshop in Canmore, Alberta, or fully remote (Alberta-based candidates preferred). The target start date for this role is May 2026.
