Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Product Management team. You will collaborate with engineers, designers and architects to shape products for data and files on the Vena platform, with a preference for those familiar with EPM/FP&A domains.

You’ll work in a flexible setup: Toronto office several days per month, or full remote with GTA-friendly expectations. The role emphasizes customer insights, experimentation and a data-driven approach to product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPM/FP&A software to support decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity about customers and ability to turn insights into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to evolve product strategy, vision and objectives.
• Own and prioritize backlog for the product portfolio to execute initiatives.
• Find and apply data insights about prospects, customers, competitors to validate hypotheses and KPIs.
• Conduct customer interviews and assess the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and stakeholders to run experiments and analyze data.
• Develop hypotheses and seek user validation to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
