Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in an accounting department.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to speak/read/write French is an asset.
• Experience working in a large organization with many legal entities.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial operations of the organization.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and accruals.
• Conduct the month end close process including Fixed Assets.
• Review and prepare high-risk Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with the business.
• Prepare financial information for year-end audits.
• Produce ad hoc reports and analysis for management.
